Whether coaching individuals or groups, providing training, leading seminars, or delivering a speech, Dean inspires people to go for the gold and move to the next level of success. He specializes in making clients understand that they have control over their destiny. By getting rid of limiting belief systems or altering an individuals self talk, Dean makes people believe in their own power. He raises self-esteem and motivates people to take positive action to achieve their goals.
Dean has successfully shared his marketing, sales and training expertise with business and community agencies of all types and sizes. He has a background working with people with disabilities and barriers--assisting them to prepare for and secure employment. Dean successfully communicates and delivers his message in fun and imaginative presentations that everyone can understand, enjoy, and apply to business situations as well as in every day life.
His professional background includes Sales and Marketing Management. He creates and delivers of training in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Goal Setting, Job Development and Inspiration.

Dean Perrin is an active volunteer through the region of Durham in Ontario. He was the Chair of the Durham Region Employment Network Job Developer Committee and continues to sit as a member of the Board of Directors for the Durham Region Employment Network. In partnership with the Clarington Board of Trade and the Kawartha Pine Ridge School Board he sits as Vice-Chair for the Encouraging Youth Entrepreneurship Program. He is a certified Facilitator of "Personality Dimensions" and "True Colors". Dean is also a certified Hypnotherapist as well as being certified in Meditative Conditioning. As a Nationally Certified level 2 instructor Dean can be found in gyms across Ontario coaching young basketball players the intricacies of the game and the values of positive attitudes and strong self-esteem.

Dean is involved with training and coaching many businesses, including involvement in training new entrepreneurs in government sponsored self-employment benefit programs.

Whether it is one-on-one or group coaching, consulting, training or speaking, Dean will guide you and inspire you to move forward toward your goals.
